📦 Delivery
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver with care to several European countries, including France , Italy, Canada, Switzerland , the Netherlands , Germany , Austria , Spain , as well as in the United States, China and Japan .
Delivery times generally vary between 6 and 12 working days depending on the destination.
For French Guiana , the delivery time is between 15 and 45 working days .
Can I track my order?
Yes, of course. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your jewelry step by step, until its delivery.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for all orders over €50 , so you can fully enjoy your jewelry at no extra cost.
We also offer an express shipping option via DHL , mainly for deliveries to French Guiana or certain international areas.
This service costs around €45 , a rate directly based on the actual costs applied by DHL - we partially cover this shipping method from a certain amount .
Due to its high cost, this DHL delivery cannot be included in the free delivery offer , but it remains available for those who wish to receive their order more quickly and with priority tracking .

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, especially those made of stainless steel or 925 silver , are hypoallergenic.
The precise materials of each piece of jewelry are indicated on its product sheet to guide you in your choice.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To preserve their shine and beauty, avoid prolonged contact with water , perfumes or any chemical products . Storage away from humidity will prolong the life of your jewelry.

Can I return a piece of jewelry?
Yes, returns and refunds are accepted for the majority of countries we serve.
However, for logistical reasons beyond our control, returns from French Guiana cannot unfortunately be handled by our suppliers.
Who covers the return costs?
Return costs are our responsibility.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective , we will send you a new piece of jewelry , subject to photo proof of the damaged jewelry, to be sent by email to boutique@bijouxcaelys.com .
